Process Steps

Insurer passes claim data via API, FTP or UI to DISBURSECLOUD where an automated email is sent to claimant to choose the method they want to be paid

Claimant chooses between:

  • ACH (2-3 days for Payment)
  • Mailed Check (longest wait time)
  • Virtual Debit (Immediate Spend with Virtual Card)
  • Instant Deposit (deposit immediately to bank account)

That's it! Claimant has been paid and is happy!
