Can payees choose how they get paid?

What are multi-party payments?

Multi-party payments allow you to send a single disbursement to multiple recipients automatically, simplifying complex payment scenarios.

What types of multi-party payments do you support?

Can each recipient approve or reject the payment?

Yes. Each recipient can Accept or Reject the disbursement. All parties must Accept before moving forward. Once accepted, recipients can then select their payment method.

Can we send documents to payees as part of the payment process?

Yes. You can:
Send documents through DisburseCloud
Or send documents from your core system

Can payees be required to approve documents before payment?

Yes. Payees can be required to review and accept documents before choosing their payment method.

What happens after a document is accepted?

Once accepted:


The document is downloaded to the payee
Stored within DisburseCloud
A Certificate of Completion is generated

How involved does our team need to be?

Very little. Once you provide:
