DisburseCloud is the outbound half of the Tranzpay payments platform. Tranzpay handles money coming in for carriers and MGAs: premium billing, collections, lockbox, reconciliation. DisburseCloud handles money going out: claims, premium refunds, vendor payments, and multiparty payments. One company, two products, one ledger discipline.

Outbound claims payments have spent decades stuck in a check-first paradigm. Carriers cut paper because their general ledger expected paper. Payees waited two weeks because the ledger expected two weeks. The whole loop was optimized for the side that wasn’t waiting on the money.

We built DisburseCloud on a simple inversion: let the payee pick the payment modality. A single payment instruction from the carrier, eight modalities for the payee, real-time reconciliation back to your ledger. The carrier saves the cost of paper and the time of follow-up. The payee gets paid the way they actually want to be paid.

Built alongside carriers, MGAs, and TPAs who were tired of running parallel ops queues for ACH versus checks versus reissues. The result is a single workflow that handles the full surface area: multiparty payments, mortgage-lender bypass, vendor defaults, segregated per-line ledgers, bilingual payee support, without bolting on a half-dozen vendors.
